Q02What is a "custom AI agent for manufacturing"?
An AI system built around one factory's processes, equipment and workflow. It reads live data through machine connectivity, MES, ERP and documents, understands the context, makes judgments, and — within the access it is granted — sends alerts, creates orders or produces reports. Typical uses include equipment anomaly alerts, automated daily production reports, SOP and maintenance Q&A, quality analysis, OEE dashboards and scheduling collaboration.
Q03What is a forward deployed engineer (FDE), and how is it different from outsourcing?
An FDE is an engineer who works on-site in the customer's factory and offices, side by side with the team. Outsourcing ends at delivery; an FDE stays from discovery, solution design and custom development through go-live and daily use, and leaves the capability with the customer's team.

It depends on scope, the number of machines and how deep the integration goes. After the discovery call and on-site assessment, we provide a concrete plan, timeline and quote.
Q08Will an FDE be stationed at our company the whole time?
On-site time is arranged flexibly by project phase — usually most intensive during discovery, prototyping and go-live — with the goal of leaving the capability with your team.
Q09Can this be combined with government programs?
Yes. Our program support service helps you assess suitable government programs and plan the application and execution.
